Such a blast! I spent the long weekend there with my girlfriend and her family, and we all had a tremendous time. Location: After being cooped up inside during Covid we wanted to go somewhere we could go and forget about the city. It was only about 2.5 hours from Markham, but we immediately felt like we were seeing a Tom Thomson painting everywhere we looked. With that said, we were still close enough to civilization to get groceries and drinks in town. Resort: The beach and the cottage were well maintained. Even with other people at the resort, we never saw much evidence of them. The common areas, such as the beach, looked to be cleaned and organized everyday as that was the first place we would good in the morning. We made good use of the canoes and kayaks that were provided. Additionally, on the one day we felt the lake was a bit too cold, we were able to spend it in the pool. Hospitality: The owners were extremely nice. They greeted us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour. We got the impression that they really cared about their customers. And the workers were always to greet us with a smile and hello. Overall, we would easily recommend visiting the resort to our friends. From the location and surrounding area, to the ammenities, it surpassed our expectations and allowed us to really enjoy ourselves.

Serene Getaway! My trip to Myers Cave Resort was exactly what I needed! It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The staff was exceptional and I have never had hosts like Mike and Nawar! The serene views of the lake made the trip even more unbelievable! The property was beautiful with clear paths for getting around and fire pits available for the evenings! Nothing is better than an outdoor fire underneath the clear night sky! Even the stars were prettier at Myers Cave!

Much needed break at Myers Cave Resort “Timeless elegance in a relaxing setting away from the city” Myers Cave Resort will give you a much needed break from the usual routine and you can enjoy the peace and quiet in nature. We stayed in the suite and the views from the room were gorgeous. Access to the private waterfront was a definite plus. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy and neatly done. Our most memorable and enjoyable experience was playing board games with our friends in the dining area while cooking food together. it is the perfect place from Toronto for a getaway with family. Definitely recommend to visit it. Owners of this property were really friendly and understanding. Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

Amazing time at The Lodge! Great place for anyone looking to get away During our stay at Myers Cave Resort, a group of my friends and I stayed in the Lodge for three nights. We had the best time and the resort was absolutely beautiful. The Lodge was super clean and had beautiful, spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The resort's semi-private amenities like the pool, hot tub, beach, canoes, fire pits, and trampoline made it possible for us to have four days of non-stop fun without having to even leave the property. The nearby Bon Echo park was also gorgeous and we spent some time hiking, canoeing and at the beach there was well (entry was free on weekdays). The owners of the resort and the resort staff were so all kind and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed (and even brought us homemade popcorn). All in all, our stay wildly exceeded our expectations and was the perfect summer getaway. I would recommend Myers Cave Resort to anyone!

Friends Trip At The Lodge The resort was so beautiful and clean and the views were absolutely breathtaking. My friends and I stayed at the lodge, which fit all of us comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, etc.) which was amazing! The owners were very responsive to our needs and all around wonderful people. Definitely a great destination for family or a group of friends!

Great Resort for a Multi-Generation Family Vacation Super clean and family friendly resort. Lots of space to relax and roam. The grandkids enjoyed the trampoline and playground equipment (which was sanitized frequently). The canoes, kayaks and paddle boats were in great condition and we appreciated all the life jackets available to use. Remember to bring fans - it can get warm in the cottage (but we chose to not purchase the use of an air conditioner). The water is not drinkable so you must bring water! Bring lawn chairs if you want to sit outside on the porch. The dedicated fire pits are not close to each cottage, so be prepared to lug your firewood. While using these fire pits means you get to hike/explore the property, it also means that you are not enjoying your campfire anywhere near your cottage. (Good thing we brought a wagon for the grandkids!) The Landscape is clean and gorgeous. This is a great resort for families (young and old).
